At LoveMyMakeup, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • We only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in the same condition as they were at the time of sale.
   • The original packaging must be intact and include all accompanying materials.

2. Return Process:

   • Clients are responsible for covering the cost of returning items.

   • Please ensure that the return is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

3. Refund Process:

   • Once the returned items are received, they will be inspected to confirm that they meet the return eligibility criteria.
   • Refunds will only be processed if the items are deemed eligible after inspection.
   • This process can take up to 7 working days from the date of receiving the returned items.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

   • Opened or used products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
